Additional Information

 Our average day begins around 5:30 am for meet and greet, sign in and a quick boat safety and fishing class. From there we head out to the fishing grounds. Our day usually will end with us back at the dock between 2:30 and 3 pm.


 WHAT WE SUPPLY AND RENT:

  • I will supply all terminal tackle needed for the day.
  • There will be bags on the boat for your fish at the end of the day.
  • Rental rods are $20.
  • For Salmon fishing the weights are $8 a piece.


 WHAT TO BRING:

  • Warm clothing, weather is unpredictable and is often different offshore than it is onshore. 
  • Food and drink, we will supply coffee in the morning.
  • If you have fishing gear feel free to bring it .
  • Cooler with ice, it is best to leave a big cooler in your vehicle. 
  • Rubber boots or closed toed shoes, please no flip flops. (I will still let you on the boat but I also will make fun of you all day.)
  • A sport fishing license is required by any person 16 years of age or older.


Where and how to obtain a fishing license

  • Sporting good stores (Big 5, Dicks, Sportsman's Warehouse, etc.)
  • California Department of Fish and Wildlife website.

If you prefer to purchase a full season fishing license, they will mail it to you or you can go to any sporting goods store and purchase one there.
